Allow two tracking categories (alternative GL accounts) for Sales Orders in Xero

Hello,

In Xero we use 2 tracking categories:

* Countries: defined by the Customer/ CRM

* Product Category: defined by the products on the sales order 

Cin7 currently supports only 1 alternative GL account to be mapped to Xero, so either Country OR Product Category. Can you allow please that both can be applied since these are two different fields in Xero? Thanks

    HI Jolien,

    A close enough workaround is to use 1 Category and GL account code.

    Country/CRM GL account: Use the GL account code from Xero
    Product GL account: Use Product Category from Xero.

    Hi Jolien,

    It is a bit tricky to explain over here but I will try. See the below image.
    Cin7 does not have a separate section for Categories & GL account. It is nested under Alternative GL Account.

    With the below example, The first 2 options will be applied to a Product. When you sell any of those items, it will automatically be allocated to the respective Category in Xero.

    3rd & 4th options are GL accounts which you will assign to customers in CRM. When the customer is loaded in an Order, it will automatically allocate the respective GL account in Xero.

    Below is how it loads up in a Sales order. When the order is uploaded to Xero, all the item revenue will go towards “202” (Retail division) and “Product Category 1”
