eCommerce Credits

We import eCommerce Sale invoices from eBay into CIN7 - how do customers handle credits/returns from eBay when CIN7 changes the order numbers and there is no way to easily find these orders.  Can returns be imported into CIN7 from eCommerce Platforms?  The solution cannot be to input eCommerce returns order by order, manually.  How do other companies out there handle this?
