More customisation for b2b emails

More customisation for b2b emails,

Being able to add more customer details to the confirmation emails, Like the legacy b2b was able to do.

Such as Customer number/mobile/email etc.

I'm curious if this is the email straight from B2B or a Cin7 email setup using the Automation Bots with Document Template and Email Template?

We're still on the legacy but very happy with the automation bot setup, our only wish woud be a couple more filters.

I'm even more curious if SHI til you die - means anything to you David Hawkins?

I Agree. Full customisation of the B2B order confirmation template is necessary. SKU codes. Supplier codes. Our own wording to customise on how our process works. e.g. shipping costs, tracking or parcels etc……

Now we've gone live with new B2B, this is obviously confusing for existing customers (not new) due to the standartd wording.

We also use Agents who ned to be cc-ed on the invite so that the customer shares the logon acceptance & password with the agent since the agent logs on as the customer to enter orders.

An agent log on would really help, but currently one email can only log on to one account.
