Add Delivery Notes to CRM to populate all Sales Orders by default (can be overwritten in B2B)

Cin7 support aded a custom field to our CRM and SO for notes to our 3PL to populate. We could decide whether to copy these notes into the Delivery Notes for 3PL, or not.

Either way sometimes you need a notes field on a Sales Order different to Internal Comments.

Cust PO has some character limits, and for customers who need their own PO on every SO and we need standard delivery instructions for 3PL, it's really useful to have another field.
