B2B - Add Stock buffer & Exempt from Stock Buffer (like Shopify & Iconic Marketplace Integration Stock Settings)

We are currently on the Legacy B2B but this functionality would encourage us onto the new B2B.

If you had just done a stock take or cycle count, you’d be happier to reduce the buffer to zero, or if you were doing EOFY clearance post EOFY stock take. However most of our B2B wholesale customers are small businesses, independant retailers without payment terms, whereas our Major Retailers are all EDI. For this reason we have many small B2B orders that are required to be Pre-Paid before we Transfer to our 3PL to pick.

Often end of line or low stock skus have shrinkage and our 3PL stock is inaccurate and the item is missing - hence we need to refund the customer, or physically tear up the order at the 3PL, delete and enter a new order in Cin7 with a substitute style, but if the customer prepaid with Stripe, we then can't allocate the Payment to the new order, and so on. 

Basically the Prepay scenario causes problems and a stock buffer would avoid this. Especially a buffer that can be revised during different seasons or inventory phasing - ie after a recent stock take versus 6 months after the last stock take.
