Configure the Shopify integration settings to make the "Charge Tax on Variant" optional

Additional Details: Currently, the Charge Tax on this Variant is auto-enabled when uploading/updating products via the Shopify integration settings. It would be helpful if we have the ability to enable/disable this option per SKU based on the business requirement (i.e. some donation products do not require this option enabled)
