Ability to set a preferred/weighted COGS Distribution on the PJ Module

Sample Scenario: The client is assembling a bathtub. They buy the product from the supplier as a finished product, however, they need to track by the component stocks to allow them to use the different components in building other assemblies or as replacements. The bathtub's components are the tub, pipe, and rim.
Issue/Limitation: By default, the COGS are distributed evenly among the components if they are to disassemble from the PJ module via the Make-to-Use BOM setup. From a business perspective, this is incorrect because the rim could be cheaper than the tub and the pipe.
Requirement: There has to be a way to custom-distribute the COGS based on the component's actual cost from the PJ module.
