Hide supplier name or restrict access to the Stock Avail dropdown box in the product module

Commercially confidential information is made available to standard users in the product module.  Although they have no access to the PO the supplier name is visible on the stock available drop down box.  A suggestion to solve this would be no supplier name visible but the PO number could still be visible.
