Include Product Style and Prodict Option Code on B2B Legacy Email Order confirmation

Include Sku (Product Option Code), and/or Product Style Code on B2B Legacy Email Order confirmation.

Currently only Product Name is inclued along with I think Option 1 and Option 2 attributes and customer price

We would also like the Style Code and/or Product Option Code - ie the actual sku.
