Shopify Credit Notes Auto Restocking
When a product is returned in Shopify, the credit notes generated in Cin7 they have to be manually despatched individually. This is a lot of manual work when you have hundreds of return to process.
Can an option be added to have credit notes despatch automatically or at least to have a bulk select / despatch option?
In addition, in the Cin7 and Shopify integration, credit notes are generated in Cin7 not when products are returned into Shopify, but only when the refund payment is issued in Shopify.
This generally has a 24 hour delay.
As an example, if you process returns in Shopify on a Friday the credit notes will only be generated on Saturday and the credit notes will then be processed on the Monday. As a result, items will not be back in stock for the weekend.
If this stock was automatic, at least the stock could be available for sale over the weekend.
Can this option be added or is there a better workaround?
