RMA/RTV Module Needed
RMA or RTV Tracking is needed in CIN7.
For product that our customer does not want or is defective, we would need to issue RMA numbers to our customers, create an inbound receipt for any returning product, receive the product into inventory upon receipt and issue credit note to the customer when returned product is inspected and received back into inventory. This is needed for ECommerce returns as well as our standard sales channel business. This information also needs to be trackable for our ISO certifications.
For RTV- this is when we would return product to the vendor/supplier due to defective or quality issues. we would need to create an RTV transaction outbound to the supplier and track the credit due back to us.
I am told that current CIN7 customers track this information via Credit Notes and Reports. This is not a formal tracking system.

We have a lot of COM - change of mind returns from Iconic Marketplace and Shopify (both integrated). Credits are auto created, but we need to manually approve, complete and zero stock returned for each credit item line - until we QC and transfer to our 3PL so this RMW/RTA functionality could be useful.
Or the ability to merge credit notes to each bulk physical return from Iconic and bulk select - do not return to stock, credit value only. I posted this credit value only options as an enhancement.
We offer 30-day returns on all orders. It would be ideal if Cin7 could implement a returns portal that customers could use which links back to the orders created in cin7 Omni. The portal would ideally create the RMA, etc. Best example would be the integrations between Shopify and ReturnGo/Returnly/Etc.
