Credit Note Enhancement request - add button to "not return stock to warehouse" - ie credit value $ only

Currently when there are many item lines, you need to delete the Qty Moved on every sku line - which is a slow tedious job.

With Iconic Marketplace auto-downloaded credits for change of mind returns, we need to approve the Open CRN so they apply to the Customer Sales, however we do these in batches as the Iconic return the goods. Thus we merge those CRN into 1 CRN. 

We do not want to return all stock because we need to QC, re-label and sometimes use this stock for gifting or samples, also it is NOT physically sent to our 3PL. ie we return to another branch.

There are other situations where we want to credit a SO but we will not receive the stock.

Often admin CS people forget to zero the Qty returned, then our 3PL SOH is incorect (over-stated)
