Override the Carrier Code when Sales orders are re-dispatched in StarShippit

In Cin7, when a sales order is already fulfilled from StarShippit, the Carrier Code cannot be overridden with a different carrier code. 

Although we can overwrite the Tracking Code, the Carrier Code in the Carrier field is not. Our warehouse sometimes makes mistakes in selecting the Carrier, and they do not have access to Cin7 to make any changes. So, we would like to make both the carrier and tracking codes overwritable.
