Import opportunities and quotes
Overview
You can use the Salesforce Integration to import Opportunities or Quotes into Cin7 Omni.
Before importing opportunities
To import opportunities, you must have:
Account
Product(s)
Contact Roles
Status set to what's been setup in Cin7 Omni

Before importing quotes
You must create an opportunity in Salesforce. Once the opportunity is complete, you can create a quote.
After completing the quote, you must set the quote line item with a product and update the status to how it's been setup in Cin7 Omni (for example, Accepted).
Import transactions into Cin7 Omni
Depending on your setup, you will be able to import either Opportunities or Quotes into Cin7 Omnifrom Salesforce.
From the left navigation, go to Integrations, then select Salesforce.
Under the Opportunities/Quotes section, select Refresh.
Check the quotes you'd like to import.
Depending on your settings, the transactions that appear here will depend on a certain stage being met in Salesforce.Select Import Opportunities/Quotes.
Your Opportunities/Quotes will be imported as Sales.
More information
We do map the payment terms field to any custom field on the opportunity object on Salesforce. The payment terms will flow through into Cin7 Omni sales order and also the CRM contact associated with that sales order. Note: This field maps only to the opportunity, not the quotes object.
The carrier, tracking code, and dispatch date can also be sent to Salesforce from Cin7 Omni to the corresponding quote or opportunity. These fields will need to be created either on the quote or the opportunity object on Salesforce. You need to add the API name of these fields into Cin7 Omni for mapping (eg: Carrier__c)
