Update eBay order status
Overview
You can update the order status in eBay when Orders have been dispatched in Cin7 Omni.
Update order status
When an order has been fully dispatched in Cin7 Omni (i.e., a fully dispatched date has been entered), it is possible to update this status back to eBay.
From the left navigation, select Integrations, then select eBay.
From the menu, select Update Cin7 Order Status To eBay.
Orders in eBay will now appear as "Completed".
Accepted Carrier Codes
If you do not have a "Carrier" field in your Cin7 Omni orders module, this value will be taken from the "Freight Description" field. The carrier code of your orders must be one of the following else it will be set to "Other":
