Sync contacts with Capsule
Overview
Contacts can be created in either Capsule or Cin7 Omni; the Cin7 Omni Capsule integration allows the new contacts to be imported into either software. The Capsule integration can do the following:
Search Contacts.
Create contacts in Cin7 Omni from Capsule
Update contacts in Cin7 Omni from Capsule
Create contacts in Capsule from Cin7 Omni
Import contacts into Capsule from Cin7 Omni
Find the Capsule integration from the left navigation
Select the Contact Management tab
Select the New Contacts In Cin7 tab
Select the contact(s) you'd like to import into Capsule
Scroll to the bottom of the list and select Create Contacts in Capsule.

Find the Capsule integration from the left navigation
Select the Contact Management tab
Select the New Contacts in Capsule tab
Select the contact(s) you'd like to import into Capsule
Scroll to the bottom of the list and Select Create Contacts in Cin7
Update contacts in Cin7 Omni from Capsule
Find the Capsule integration from the left navigation
Select the Contact Management tab
Select the Recently Updated Contacts in Capsule tab
Select Refresh Data
Select the contact(s) you'd like to be updated
Scroll to the bottom of the list and select Update Contacts in Cin7

Can you update contacts from Cin7 Omni to Capsule?
You are not able to update contacts from Cin7 Omni to Capsule; we suggest using Capsule as your master CRM if you are using this integration.
