Set up Amazon Seller
Overview
Amazon Seller services over a dozen regional marketplaces. If you multiple Amazon Seller stores, you'll need to set up a separate integration for each store.
Setup takes two steps: installing the integration and connecting to your store.
Install Amazon Seller
Log in to Cin7 Omni as an administrator.
From the navigation, select App Store.
Select Marketplaces and then Amazon Seller.
Select Request App Installation.
Give your integration a short, descriptive name – includes the name of the Amazon marketplace and store.
Select Install.
A member of the Cin7 Omni Customer Success team will receive your request and contact you.
Connect your store
Once your request has been approved and integration installed, connect to your store:
Log in to Cin7 Omni as an administrator.
From the navigation, select Integrations and then your Amazon Seller integration.
Select Settings.
Select Connect.
If you’ve already connected an Amazon FBA integration to this store, you must reuse that Amazon FBA integration’s connection:
From the Marketplace Connections list, select the connection.
Select Save.
Otherwise, you must create a new connection to the store:
Select Create New Connection.
Choose your Amazon marketplace and store and give your connection a short, descriptive name – include the name of the Amazon marketplace and store.
Select Continue to Amazon.
Follow Amazon’s on-screen instructions. Find out what to do if the login is in a foreign language. Then, you’ll be sent back to Cin7 Omni.
Why was I disconnected?
Every thirty days, Amazon will disconnect your integration for security reasons. We’ll add a banner to your Amazon Seller dashboard reminding you to reconnect.
To reconnect, don’t create a new connection. Select your connection from the Marketplace Connections list on the Connect tab of your integration’s settings instead, and then select Save.
FAQs
Why can’t I find my integration in the navigation?
After installing your integration, you may need to select Refresh from the menu. If your integration still doesn’t get displayed, contact support.
