Update order status to Neto

Overview

When Orders have been dispatched in Cin7 Omni, the order status can be updated back to Neto.

Update status

When an order has been fully dispatched in Cin7 Omni (i.e. a fully dispatched date has been entered) it is possible to update this status back to Neto.

To do this:

  1. Select Integrations from the left Navigation and then select Neto.

  2. From the Order Status Dashboard, select Update Dispatched Orders.
    Orders in Neto will now appear as "Completed".
