Update JOOR products
Overview
Cin7 Omni can update product information to JOOR for products which are linked to a style in JOOR.
There are a few prerequisites for product options to be updated
The product has been previously mapped or uploaded to JOOR.
The product has the JOOR channel ticked in its product details page.
The product and options should be enabled/active in Cin7 Omni.
The product details in Cin7 Omni have been updated recently.
Note that all fields updated will overwrite the data in JOOR (including images if enabled). Note that updates cannot be reversed so please make sure you are aware of what fields will be updated and which products are included in the update.
Update product details
By default Update Product Details is switched off but you can enable it.
Go to the JOOR module settings in Cin7 Omni.
Check Enabled under Update Products to JOOR.
If you have never updated products before, the Last Updated date will be set to the date you installed the module. This date will update when you run the action - only products modified since the last run will appear in the update list.
Select Enable Update Images if you would like to push images from Cin7 Omni to JOOR.
At the bottom of the page, select Save Settings.
To configure Field Mapping:
Go to the JOOR module settings in Cin7 Omni.
Under the Update Products to JOOR section, select Field Mapping.
Tick/untick Enabled to toggle updating a particular field.
Change the Source selection if you would like to update data from a Product Field or a specified Text Value for all products.
Change the Value field to select a different source field or type in a text value.
At the bottom of the page, select Save Field Mapping.
To return the fields to their default values, select Load Default Field Mapping and then Save.
To update products:
Navigate to your JOOR module in Cin7 Omni.
From the Product Status tile, select Update Products.
Select Update Images if you would like to overwrite the images in JOOR.
Select Update Recently Modified Products.
This will update all products in the list below. To download these products in a spreadsheet select Download Products.
To filter this list, search for products below. Selecting Update Recently Modified Products when the list is filtered will only update the products shown in the list.

FAQs
I am receiving the following error in JOOR, "UPC code not found". How do I rectify this?
This may be due to the UPC barcode not matching in Cin7 Omni and JOOR. Firstly, check that the barcodes match in both Cin7 Omni and JOOR. If they do, it may be because the UPC code previously matched was different. The easiest way to fix this is to delete the mappings for the products affected and re-map it again.
