Returns without a receipt in POS

Overview

You may still initiate a return if a customer does not have a receipt, but you will have to enter products manually.

Return products without a receipt

  1. Select the menu icon on the top left, and from the Returns section, select No Receipt.

  2. Enter a product into the product grid.

  3. There will be two options to choose from the options Return or Exchange. In this situation, select Return.

  4. Enter a quantity. This should be a negative number. Then select Add.

Once all the products are entered into the transaction you can now complete the return:

  1. Check the total; it will be a negative number.

  2. Enter the customer's details if you intend to give a Store Credit.

  3. Select REFUND.

  4. Choose the payment method.

  5. Select Print.

The return process is now complete.
