Connect your Newegg account to Cin7 to allow seamless order processing and inventory synchronization.
Newegg is a platform for selling your goods on the Newegg marketplace. "The #1 marketplace for everything tech".
Integrating Newegg with Cin7 Omni will allow you to:
Download Sales Orders
Update Stock levels
Update order status
Download customers
Our integration has multiple settings that allow for detailed control of how Cin7 Omni interacts with Newegg.
Setup and use
Setting up the integration involves obtaining an Authorization Key and Secret Key from Newegg and entering them, along with your seller ID, into Cin7 Omni. Please see Connecting Cin7 Omni to Newegg.
The Settings menu will refine how the integration operates, please see Newegg Settings.
Downloading Orders is a key function of the integration. Downloading Orders allows you to easily dispatch orders from within Cin7 Omni. See Downloading Orders from Newegg for more information.
Stock levels can also be updated to Newegg. To do this, the products must exist in both Cin7 Omni and Newegg and their codes/SKUs must precisely match in both systems. This links products in Cin7 Omni with products in Newegg.
Once product codes are matched, stock levels can be synced easily at the press of a button. For more information see Updating Stock Levels in Newegg.
FAQs
Is it possible to create products in Cin7 Omni and push them to Newegg?
Unfortunately this is not possible due to the way that products are stored in Newegg and Cin7 Omni.
I cannot see the Newegg module under the Integrations menu.
In some cases, after adding the app, you will need to click the Refresh button at the bottom of the left navigation menu before the module will appear.
Do you support Newegg Canada?
Yep! Our integration works exactly the same for Newegg Canada. You will need to set the 'Country' option in the Connect screen to the correct region.
