Map products to Magento 2
Overview
If you have products in both Magento 2 and Cin7 Omni, and no products need be imported to either system, you'll simply need to match products to each other. The matching process allows Cin7 Omni to update information like stock levels and pricing from Cin7 Omni to Magento.
Matching is not necessary for downloading orders.
Match products
The matching process is really easy. Products will be loaded from Magento and matches will be made to products in Cin7 Omni based on the code/SKU.
Select Download Products.
This loads products to compare with existing products in Cin7 Omni. Note that this does not import products into Cin7 Omni. A sample of this data is shown below.Select Next.
A summary of matches will be shown in the next page.Make note of any SKUs that do not match (most likely due to the SKU not being found in Cin7 Omni).
If this is the case, you will either be given the option to remove unmatched products or download them as per the Download Process.
To confirm the matches, select Finish.
Review or delete matches
If you are unsure how you have matched products or you have matched a product to another product incorrectly you can view product matchings and delete matching as appropriate.
Select Integrations from the left navigation and then select MagentoV2.
From the Product Status tile, select View Mapped Products.
In this list, you will be able to see a list of all Cin7 Omni products that have been matched as well as a list of their Magento IDs.

There are two actions you can take in this list:
Delete - deletes matchings that are incorrect.
Download Products Mappings - download displayed data into a .csv file.
Deleting matchings does not affect products in either system, and you can rematch by following the process above if necessary.
