Set up NuORDER
Overview
You can connect your NuORDER and Cin7 Omni accounts together.
NuORDER API details
Before you can connect NuORDER to your Cin7 Omni account, you must first retrieve and API Key and Consumer Secret from your NuORDER account.
In order to integrate NuORDER with Cin7 Omni, you must have a NuOrder "Brands" account. If you don't have an account of this type, connection between NuORDER and Cin7 Omni is not possible.
To get your API Key and Secret:
Login to your NuORDER admin account.
Under Admin, select API Management.
Note your API Consumer Key and Consumer Secret.
Add NuORDER to your Cin7 Omni
Once you have retrieved this information, you will need to add the NuORDER module to your Cin7 Omni account.
To add the module:
Select Integrations from the left Navigation and then select App Store.
From the App Store, select Marketplaces then select the NuOrder app.
Select Request App Installation.
Cin7 Omni Customer Success Management will receive the request and get in touch with you.
Connect the two accounts
Next, connect the two accounts using the details retrieved earlier.
Log in to Cin7 Omni using your Administrator account, select your username in the top right and then select Settings.
Under Integrations, select NuORDER.
Insert your Consumer Key and Consumer Secret in the fields provided.
The Sandbox option should be set to No if your NuORDER account is live.
Select Connect.
Select Finish at the bottom of the page to save the module settings.
Approve the API connection
Finally you will need to approve the API connection in your NuORDER account. To do so:
Log in to your NuORDER admin account.
Under Admin, select API Management.
There should now be a request in the Pending Applications section with Cin7 Omni in the Name column.Select Approve next to this pending request.
A verification code will appear (can take up to 5 minutes). Select OK to approve the Cin7 Omni connection.
Cin7 Omni should now be connected to NuORDER.
