Update order status in The Iconic (marketplace)

Overview

How to update the order status in The Iconic Marketplace when Orders have been dispatched in Cin7 Omni.

Update status

When an order has been fully dispatched in Cin7 Omni (i.e. a fully dispatched date has been entered) it is possible to update this status back to The Iconic Marketplace.

  1. From the left navigation, select Integrations, then select The Iconic Marketplace.

  2. From the menu, select Update Cin7 Order Status To The Iconic Marketplace.
    Orders in The Iconic Marketplace will now appear as 'Completed'.

Carrier mapping

The following carrier names have been mapped between Cin7 Omni and Iconic. This means you can use either the Cin7 Omni value or the Iconic value to update. If your carrier is not in the list it will update to The Iconic exactly as it is typed into Cin7 Omni. Please contact Cin7 Omni support if you require another carrier mapping to be added to the list.
