Sell alternative units of measure in POS

Overview

Alternative Units of Measure aren't switched on by default in the POS. You must enable this in the POS Settings.

You can sell a product with alternative units of measure in POS. You will need to choose the unit when entering it into the POS.

Sell alternative UOM products

  1. Search for the product from either the small search box or the large search area.

  2. In the window that appears, choose the unit of measure from the Options drop-down.

  3. Enter the number of alternative units you'd like to sell.

  4. Select Add. The product will be added to the transaction; continue the sale as usual.
