Download orders from NuORDER

Overview

Orders that are marked as "Approved" in NuORDER can be downloaded into Cin7 Omni.

Products in downloaded orders will be matched to products in Cin7 Omni using their Universal Product Code (UPC).

If you download an order containing a product with a UPC that cannot be matched to a Cin7 Omni barcode, possibly caused by it being incorrect or not existing, the line item will still appear in the order but the stock for this item will not be diminished.

It is therefore very important that your barcodes match NuORDER UPCs exactly.

Download orders

  1. From the left navigation, select Integrations, then select NuORDER.

  2. Select Download Orders.
    Cin7 Omni will download all 'Approved' orders from NuORDER and set their status in NuORDER to 'Processing'.

The orders will now appear in the Sales Orders module.

Cin7 Omni also maps the delivery ship end (cancel) dates in NuORDER orders to the cancellation date field in the Cin7 Omni sales order to enable the customers to become aware of the delivery window for the order.
