Update Newegg order status

Overview

When Orders have been dispatched in Cin7 Omni, the order status can be updated back to Newegg.

Update order status

When an order has been fully dispatched in Cin7 Omni (i.e. a fully dispatched date has been entered) it is possible to update this status back to Newegg.

  1. From the left navigation, select Integrations, then select Newegg.

  2. From the Order Status tile, select Update Dispatched Orders.
    Orders in Newegg will now appear as 'Shipped'.
