Favorite and recent reports
Overview
You can mark your reports as favorites and viewing recent reports:
From within Insights
From within a report
From the Favorites and Recent Page
Insights include a Favorite and Recent Reports page. This becomes the default Insights landing page after the first time you open a report, mark or select a Favorite report in Insights.
Favorite a report
Any existing report can be marked as a favorite. There are three ways to do this:
From within Insights
From the left navigation, select Insights, this will automatically direct you to a new page in a new tab.
Place the cursor on the top bar Favorites, then select Add Favorites, this will direct you to the Manage Favorite Reports page.
Select the star next to one or more reports you'd like to mark as a favorite.
Note: De-selecting the star next to a favorite report removes it as a favorite.
From within a report
Follow the same steps 1 and 2 as above, then open a report by selecting the report you require, this will automatically open a new page in a new tab.
Select the star next to Favorite this report on the right upper corner.
Reports are listed under three main categories; POS Reports, Retail Reports Dashboard, Standard Reports
From the Favorites and Recent Page
Follow the same initial steps 1 and 2 as above, then select Favorite and Recent Reports on the top left in the left navigation pane.
Select the star next to any report in the Recent section.
Recent reports
The Favorite and Recent Reports page lists up to five reports that were run by the user over three time-frames:
Today
Previous 7 days
Previous 30 days
If the user accessed more than five reports over any time frame, a link to a complete list of recent reports appears.
