Download Zalora credit notes

Overview

You can download credit notes from Zalora into Cin7 Omni.

Credits or refunds in Zalora can be downloaded into Cin7 Omni as Credit Notes.

Setup download credit notes

By default, downloading credit notes is turned off. To set up this feature:

  1. Select Integrations from the left Navigation and then select Zalora.

  2. Select Settings, top right.

  3. Make sure the Orders section is checked (it may already be checked).

  4. From within the Orders menu check Create Credit Notes From Refunds and Returns.

  5. At the bottom of the page select Save Settings.

Download credit notes

  1. Select Integrations from the left Navigation and then select Zalora.

  2. From the dashboard, on the Order Status tile, select Download Orders.

Cin7 Omni will download all orders from Zalora based on the criteria set up in the settings. The Credit Notes will now appear in the Credit Notes module.

Downloading Credit Notes happens at the same time as downloading orders. If there is a credit or refund against an order in Zalora it will create a Credit Note in Cin7 Omni.

FAQs

Will this sync my store credits to Cin7 Omni?

At this stage we do not sync store credits or vouchers between Cin7 Omni and Zalora.
