Download orders from The Iconic
Overview
Orders in The Iconic Marketplace can be downloaded into Cin7 Omni.
This article assumes that you have already set up your products in both The Iconic Marketplace and Cin7 Omni with matching codes/SKUs. Products in downloaded orders will be matched to products in Cin7 Omni using their SKU (code).
If you download an order containing a product with an SKU that cannot be matched to a Cin7 Omni product code/SKU - perhaps because it is incorrect or it does not exist - the line item will still appear in the order but the stock for this item will not be diminished. It is therefore very important that your Product Codes/SKUs match The Iconic Marketplace SKUs exactly.
Download orders
Any Iconic Marketplace orders with one of your specified order statuses can be downloaded into Cin7 Omni. These can be adjusted in the settings menu - please see The Iconic Settings.
To download orders:
From the left navigation, select Integrations, then select The Iconic Marketplace.
From the dashboard, select Download The Iconic Marketplace Orders.
The orders will now appear in the Sales Orders module.
