Can't log in to Cin7 Omni?

Overview

We're sorry that you can't log in to Cin7 Omni. You might have:

If you enter the wrong password too many times, your account will be locked for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, you can try to log in again.

Forgot your password

You can reset your password at any time. The process is the same whether you forgot your password, or if you want to change your password.

  1. Go to the Cin7 Omni login page (https://go.cin7.com/).

  2. Select Forgot Your Password?

  3. Type in your email and select Send Link. You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password.

  4. Open the email and select Reset Your Password (or copy and paste the URL into your web browser).

  5. Type a new password into both fields.

  6. Select Reset.

Refresh your cache

If you are using the correct password and your account is not locked, you may need to refresh your browser cache.

We recommend using Google Chrome with Cin7 Omni. You will need to:

  1. Clear the cache and cookies.

  2. Close all open Google Chrome windows.

  3. Restart Google Chrome and try to log in again.

If you still experience issues, please contact our support team.

No Cin7 Admin / lost access

You may have lost access to the admin account in your Cin7 Omni. When staff leave, it is important to set up a new admin account or transfer rights to another user.

However, if you can't access any admin accounts, our support team can help. Contact Cin7 Omni Support so that your account can be verified and securely unlocked. You will need to have access to that admin account's email address.
