Download orders from Neto
Overview
Orders in Neto can be downloaded into Cin7 Omni. The stage at which they are downloaded can be configured in the Neto Settings .
Your products will need to be setup in both Neto and Cin7 Omni with matching codes/SKUs. Products in downloaded orders will be matched to products in Cin7 Omni using their SKU (code).
If you download an order containing a product with a SKU that cannot be matched to a Cin7 Omni product code/SKU - perhaps because it is incorrect or it does not exist - the line item will still appear in the order, but the stock for this item will not be diminished. It is therefore very important that your Product Codes/SKUs match Neto SKUs exactly.
You can't use Layby with Neto because once these orders are downloaded into Cin7 Omni, they are not updated again.
Download orders
Cin7 Omni can download orders from Neto at a specified stage (see above).
Select Integrations from the left Navigation, then select your Neto module.
From the dashboard, on the Order Activity tile, select Download Orders.
The orders will now appear in the Sales Orders module.
