Download credit notes from The Iconic
Overview
You can download credit notes from The ICONIC Marketplace into Cin7 Omni.
Credits or refunds in The ICONIC can be downloaded into Cin7 Omni as Credit Notes.
Setup download credit notes
By default, downloading credit notes is turned off. To set up this feature:
While logged in as an Administrator, from the left navigation, select Integrations and then The Iconic.
Select Settings, top right.
Make sure the Orders section is checked (it may already be checked).
Under the Orders menu, select Create Credit Notes From Refunds and Returns.
At the bottom of the page, select Save Settings.
Download credit notes
From the left navigation, select Integrations and then The Iconic.
From the dashboard, on the Order Status tile, select Download Orders.
Cin7 Omni will download all orders from The Iconic based on the criteria set up in the settings. The Credit Notes will now appear in the Credit Notes module.
Downloading Credit Notes happens at the same time as downloading orders. If there is a credit or refund against an order in The Iconic, it will create a Credit Note in Cin7 Omni.
FAQs
Will this sync my store credits to Cin7 Omni?
No. Synching store credits or vouchers between Cin7 Omni and The Iconic is not currently supported.
