Premium Reports
Overview
Premium Reports (also known as Connected Intelligence) has a range of reports that extend the functionality of Cin7 Omni. These reports add valuable predictive analysis and business intelligence reports helping you to streamline your business and make insightful data-driven decisions.
Premium Reports will help you:
Forecast cash flow
Analyze planned vs actual production jobs
Detect and fix common anomalies in your database caused by human error (e.g., products with no price, sales completed without stock)
Intelligently manage inventory levels across branches and perform branch transfers
Predict future sales and make intelligent purchasing decisions
And much more!
Install the Premium Reports app
Before you can use premium reports, you will need to install the Premium Reports app from the App Store.
Once logged in as an Administrator, from the left navigation select App Store, then select Cin7 Apps.
Search for premium reports on the search bar and select Premium Reports.
Select Request App Installation.
Installing the app will add a download link with the Standard Reports and Retail Reports Dashboards.
Install premium reports
The Premium Reports app installs new reports to the Standard Reports or Retail Reports Dashboards. You may add Premium Reports to your report dashboards once you have installed the Premium Reports app.
Once logged in as an Administrator, from the left navigation select Admin and Reports.
Select either Retail Reports Dashboard or Standard Reports.
Select the Manage Reports and Permissions button.
Here you will be able to view all Premium Reports. All the reports are listed under the relevant headings and have a description.
To see the description select the information button.
Select Install.
Choose whether this report should appear for Standard or Manager users.
Your report can now be found in the relevant dashboard.
Reports can also be updated from this dashboard. Selecting Update will give you the option to reassign permissions to this report, or uninstall the report altogether.

Finance
| Report | Description |

| Current Stock Valuation Analysis | Stock value is based on the actual landed cost of stock brought into Cin7, allowing for exchange rate fluctuations and varying customs and freight charges. |
| Historic and Current Stock Valuations | Gives an approximate idea of stock value at a certain point in time. This report is dynamic, meaning that if stock is moved from old transactions or dates are changed then this will be reflected immediately in the reports. |
| Purchase Order Cashflow Forecast | List of purchase order payments and the respective paid or due date of each payment. Payments and payment dates are set in the payments area of a purchase order, sorted by payment date. This report only shows purchase orders made in an international currency, unless your account is in USD. |
| Trace Sales Order Stock Back To Source (Dispatch Date) | Lists sales order stock back to source. Sales order stock is stock with special stock type E. It can fall into the usual stock categories such as unrestricted, blocked, etc., but "belongs" to a sales order. |
| Accounting Integration Errors | Reveals list of errors where there are discrepancies between Cin7 and the accounting integration. Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Credit Notes, Supplier Credit Notes, and Adjustments are filtered by Accounting Errors. |

| Sales Forecasting By Month On Historic Sales | Forecasts sales revenue by month based on historical sales data. The report highlights products that are selling and identifies stock deficiencies by comparing current stock levels against historic demand. It is an operational planning report that helps determine what inventory needs to be replenished and what products may run out of stock. Filters:

| Daily Sales By Cost Center (Created Date) | Sales by Alternative GL Account set by the date the sales order was created. |
| Sales and Discounts by Products – Retail Price and Discounts | List of sales and discounts by products. |
| Sales Forecasting By Sales Period | Forecasts sales revenue for a specific sales period. The report highlights products that are sold and identifies stock deficiencies by comparing current stock levels against historic sales data. It helps answer whether enough stock is available to cover expected demand and can be used to identify potential stock shortages. By design, the report only shows products sold during the selected time period. Filters:

| Sell Through Report By Sales Period | Details the sell-through percentage for a specific sales period. Sell-through measures how much inventory received from suppliers has been sold to customers. The report compares sales during a selected period against stock on hand (SOH) to assess inventory performance. It is useful for identifying fast-moving and slow-moving products. By design, the report only shows products sold during the selected time period. Formula:

| Sell Through Report On Last 30 Days Sales | Details the sell-through percentage for sales made in the last 30 days. The report analyzes sales versus stock on hand and helps identify inventory performance, highlighting products selling well and products that may be overstocked. Estimates how many months of stock remain based on current stock availability and historical sales velocity. Due to technical limitations, products must have been transacted previously or have incoming quantity recorded to appear in the report. Filters:
