What do I first need to do before using the FBA Dashboard?

First you have to make sure your FBA module settings have your Seller Central credentials. You also need to make sure that products are linked between Amazon and Cin7 Omni.

Why are my transactions not showing in the dashboard to be exported?

Transactions show under the dashboard where the branch name contains "Amazon". Please review this and try again.

Why are shipments exported to Amazon not showing in Seller Central?

For shipments to display in Seller Central, a shipment plan first needs to be sent and the individual shipments under the "Review Shipments" tab then need to be approved before they show in Seller Central.

Why are delivery address details not showing for an FBA shipment in Cin7 Omni?

We may need to map a new warehouse - Please contact support.

Where do shipments end up upon import?

Shipments imported or exported will go directly under the "Shipment Summary".

How do you check the status of a shipment?

A scheduler is setup to check the status of FBA shipments throughout the day, however you can also click "Refresh" under the "Shipment Summary" tab.

At what point does stock get moved into holding?

Shipments with an Amazon status of WORKING, SHIPPED, IN_TRANSIT, DELIVERED, CHECKED_IN or RECEIVING will move stock into holding from the original branch.

At what point does stock move from holding into the Amazon branch?

Branch Transfer or Purchase Order will be "Completed" and stock moved upon the FBA status being "Closed". We are working to move stock at the "Receiving" status if partially received into stock.
