Export sales orders

Overview

You can export Sales Orders either with the sales order list or the details of each sales order and its items.

Export the sales order list

Exporting the Sales Order list exports all the information seen in the order list page. Any filters applied to the list page will also affect the data that is exported. For example, to export open orders only, filter the list for open orders.

To export the Sales Order list:

  1. From the left navigation, click Sales, then Sales Orders.

  1. From the Order List page, hover over Actions, select Export Sales Orders List.

 

A spreadsheet will begin downloading.

Each order will comprise one row in the exported spreadsheet.

Export sales order details

Exporting Sales Order details provides a detailed export of each order and line item.

To export Sale Orders details:

  1. From the Order List page, hover over Actions, select Export Sales Orders Details.

  1. In the following page, check the items you would like to export.

  1. Select Export, and in the following page, select Export again.

Each new line item will comprise one line in the exported report.
