Workflows for automation bots
Overview
For each of your automation bots you can edit the settings, preview how it works, or manually run the bot.
You can also view a diagram that shows how your automation bots interact with a specific sales channel (for example, Shopify or WooCommerce).
You will need to have setup your automation bot before you can access its specific workflow. You can create a range of automation bots.
Workflow by automation bot type
On the Automation Bot Dashboard, the different types of automation bots are grouped together by theme:

If you don't have an automation bot for that group, it will be greyed out.
Run/Manage your automation bot
When you select your automation group (e.g. Sales), you can:
Preview how an existing automation bot works. This will show what the automation bot would do when run. For example, all email addresses (and order details) that the Send Sales Order Emails bot would email.
Run an existing automation bot. This is useful if you want to control manually when an automation bot happens.
Change how an existing automation bot works in the Settings.
View the workflow for each automation bot and see when it runs, what it checks, and what it does.
Channel workflows
You can see how your automation bots work for each of your integration sales channels (ecommerce, marketplaces, and EDI). The workflow will show the process from when the order is downloaded to completion and where the automation bots fit in that process.
This is a visual guide to how your automation bots and sales channels interact. You will need to edit the automation bot settings to change how they work.
Add your automation bots to your channel workflow
You need to add the sales channels to each automation bot before they will appear on your channel workflow.
Select the automation group for an existing automation bot.
Click on Settings for that automation bot.
Under Tags,choose the sales channel(s). The selected sales channels will show this automation bot in their channel workflow diagram.
The selected sales channels will appear below. Choose if the automation bot happens before or after dispatching the order. You can reorder all of the automation bots in a channel workflow when they are added.
Click Save Settings and the automation bot will appear in that sales channel workflow.
View the channel workflow
Click on Channel Workflows and then select the sales channel (integration).
You can then see your workflow for your sales channel (e.g. Shopify) and any automation bot workflows added to the channel workflow diagram.
If the automation bot is not added to the channel workflow, the automation bot will still affect your sales channel - it just won't show in this diagram.
If a sales channel is missing, click on Sync. This will check for any new sales channel (integrations) and add them to the channel workflow.
Reorder the channel workflow
If you have multiple automation bots for your sales channel workflow, you may want to change their order in the diagram.
Click on Channel Workflows and then select the sales channel (integration).
Click on Settings.
Drag and drop the automation bots into the order you would like.
Click Save Settings.
