Overview

Changing your password often helps protect your Cin7 Omni account. You can change your password at any time or reset it if you forget it.

Reset password

To reset your password, you must be logged out of Cin7 Omni. If you’re logged in, start by opening the user menu in the navigation and clicking Log Out.

Then, to reset your password:

  1. Go to https://go.cin7.com/.

  2. Click Forgot Your Password?

  3. Enter your email address.

  4. Click Send Link.

  5. You’ll receive an email with a link. Click the link and follow the onscreen instructions to finish resetting your password.
