Overview

Find out how to manage your account details, such as company name, billing details, and allowed IP addresses, and how to change between different Cin7 Omni accounts.

Manage account details

You can review and update your account details, such as company name, company logo, and billing information, by opening Account Details from the user menu.

To edit your account details, you must be an administrator. After editing your account details, click Update to save. Here is an explanation for each detail:

  • Company Name: The name of your company. Your company name is shown throughout Cin7 Omni.

  • Authority Contact (First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone): The name, email address, and phone number of the company owner and authority contact defined in the Cin7 Omni Terms of Use.

  • Billing (Company Name, First Name, Last Name, and Email): The company name and company owner’s name and email. These billing details are used on your invoices from Cin7 for your subscription to Cin7 Omni.

  • Time Zone: The main timezone where your company operates. Your time zone is used throughout Cin7 Omni, such as for activity logs.

  • Culture: The main culture where your company operates. Changing your culture will make minor changes to spelling, date format, and currency symbols in Cin7 Omni.

  • User Allowed IP Addresses: The IP addresses from which your Cin7 Omni account can be accessed. To allow access from all IP addresses, leave this field blank.

  • Company Logo: The logo for your company. Your logo is used throughout Cin7 Omni, such as for document templates, email footers, and your B2B online store.

Your company name at the top of this page can only be updated by submitting a ticket with Cin7 Omni Support.

Change accounts

You may belong to more than one Cin7 Omni account. To switch between accounts, open Change Account from the user menu. Then choose which account to switch to.
