Troubleshoot errors with ShipBob

Error: The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad request

You’ve tried to transfer a sales order to ShipBob, but your integration’s authentication token has expired or become invalid.

To fix this, first disconnect and reconnect your ShipBob integration:

  1. Open your ShipBob integration dashboard.

  2. Open Settings.

  3. Open the Connect tab.

  4. Select Disconnect.

  5. Select Connect.

  6. Follow ShipBob’s on-screen instructions. Then, you’ll be sent back to Cin7 Omni.

Now return the transaction to the queue and retry transferring it.

Error: The remote server returned an error: (401) No access right at this time

You’ve tried to transfer a sales order, purchase order, or branch transfer to ShipBob, but ShipBob is temporarily unavailable.

To fix this, return the transaction to the queue and retry transferring it later. Contact ShipBob support for more help.

Error: The remote server returned an error: (403) No access

You’ve tried to transfer a sales order to ShipBob, but your integration’s authentication token has expired or become invalid.

To fix this, first disconnect and reconnect your ShipBob integration:

  1. Open your ShipBob integration dashboard.

  2. Open Settings.

  3. Open the Connect tab.

  4. Select Disconnect.

  5. Select Connect.

  6. Follow ShipBob’s on-screen instructions. Then, you’ll be sent back to Cin7 Omni.

Now return the transaction to the queue and retry transferring it.

Error: The remote server returned an error: (404)

You’ve tried to transfer a sales order, purchase order, or branch transfer to ShipBob, but ShipBob is temporarily unavailable.

To fix this, return the transaction to the queue and retry transferring it later. Contact ShipBob support for more help.

Return transactions to queue

If an error occurs when transferring a transaction to ShipBob, the transaction will be moved to the Export Errors page.

Once you have fixed the error and are ready to transfer it again, you must move the transaction back into the export queue:

  1. On the Ready to Export tile on your ShipBob integration dashboard, click Errors. The Export Errors page will open.

  2. Beside the transaction to return to the queue, click Return Order to Queue.
