Return transactions to queue
If an error occurs when transferring a transaction to ShipBob, the transaction will be moved to the Export Errors page.
Once you have fixed the error and are ready to transfer it again, you must move the transaction back into the export queue:
On the Ready to Export tile on your ShipBob integration dashboard, click Errors. The Export Errors page will open.
Beside the transaction to return to the queue, click Return Order to Queue.
