Download images from BigCommerce
Overview
Find out how to download images of products and variants from BigCommerce.
Images enhance your product descriptions and entice customers.
And the consistent use of images improves your overall business identity. To keep your images consistent across sales channels, you can download images of products and variants from BigCommerce to Cin7 Omni.
When an image of a product (or variant) is downloaded, it’s applied to the mapped Omni product (or option or size option). You can download images of new BigCommerce products as they’re downloaded to Omni, or of BigCommerce products mapped to Omni products without images.
Up to three images will be downloaded to each mapped product. Only one image will be downloaded to each mapped option and size option.
Configure download images
You must enable your BigCommerce integration to download images from BigCommerce:
Log in to Cin7 Omni.
From the Integrations menu in the navigation, open your BigCommerce integration.
Open Settings.
Enable Products > Download Product Images.
Select Save Settings.

Images for new and mapped products
When you download new products (and variants) from BigCommerce, enable Import Product Images on the You’re Ready to Import! tab and the new products will be downloaded with their images.
Images of products (and variants) already mapped to Omni products (and options and size options) will be downloaded, too, if the mapped Omni product has no image (see below).
Images for mapped products only
You can download images of BigCommerce products and variants mapped Omni products, options, and size options without images (images won’t update):
Log in to Cin7 Omni.
From the Integrations menu in the navigation, open your BigCommerce integration.
Select Download Images on the Product Status tile.
